5-year guarantee

We guarantee the product manufactured by us for a period of five years calculated from the date of manufacture, provided that we have been notified by way of a written notice of a guarantee claim,within seven (7) calendar days after a claim has arisen in accordance with this guarantee.

Our only liability of a guarantee claim shall be at our option to:

• Replace the product with the same product or another product which is substantially the same.
• Refund the purchaser with the purchase price paid for the product by passing a credit in the purchaser’s favour.
• If appropriate, to repair our product, free of charge.

In the event of a guarantee claim, we shall not be liable in terms of this guarantee if the guarantee claim is as a result of:

• Unauthorized modification(s) to the product by the purchaser or any third party.
• Damage to the product by the purchaser or any third party.
• An incorrect application of the product.
• An incorrect fitting or use of the product.
• A failure on the part of the purchaser or a third party to take proper care of the product.

Our liability is limited, at our option, to the above and we shall not accept responsibility for consequential loss or other damages of whatsoever nature and this guarantee should not be construed as an acknowledgement that the purchaser shall have any claim against us of whatsoever nature arising from, or in connection with the manufacture or supply by us of the product. This guarantee is given by us in lieu of, and excludes, all other guarantees and warranties, whether implied by us or not.
